Cold Email Daily

Christian posts five cold email scripts from 10M sends

The shortest is one line and a P.S., and he says his best campaign ever had no personalisation in it.

Christian (@coldemailchris) published the exact copy for five cold email frameworks he says pulled the most replies across 10M cold emails. He rates scripts against a set of what he calls fundamentals, and says the best ones hit 8 of 10. All five below do.

The five

One, lead magnet plus case study, for when you have a recognisable client. The template reads "{{first_name}} - created a {{lead magnet}} for {{company}} covering the {{strategy}} we used to help {{client}} generate {{result}} in {{timeframe}} - mind if I share it?" His example offers a TikTok Shop playbook off the back of scaling a client to $200k a month from zero in 90 days.

Two, the one-liner free offer, which he calls one of the best performing emails he has ever sent. The whole body is "{{first_name}} - interested in {{free work / frontend offer}} for {{company}}?" with social proof dropped into a P.S. The example offers a free cold campaign targeting 10,000 ICP prospects.

Three, direct offer plus guarantee, which he says to run only on offers with real product market fit and not on a commodity. The example promises a million views in 30 days or a refund.

Four, pain point plus solution, his stated workhorse in saturated markets. The example asks a roofing contact how crews handle inspections with phones in one hand and a clipboard in the other, then pitches smart glasses.

Five, relevant touchpoint plus observed issue, which needs scraped data. The example says the sender signed up to the prospect's email list last week, never got a single email, and offers a free welcome flow build out.

The rules underneath

Every script follows the same constraints. Under 65 words and ideally under 45. Subject line one to three words, all lowercase. Spintax on every sentence, because in his words the filters fingerprint you otherwise. Social proof only from the same industry, or none at all. And zero personalisation unless it amplifies the offer.

That last rule is the argument. Christian says his best performing campaign ever contains no personalisation, and that the list itself is the message, tight enough that one script fits everyone on it.

For people sending, treat the 10M figure as his total volume, not a controlled test between these five. Nothing here is ranked against anything else, and there are no reply rates attached to any individual script. What you are getting is the copy and the constraints from someone who sends at volume, which is useful as a starting structure and not as proof that script two beats script four.
